We had our HVAC quit at 7:30 at night. did the usual check of the circuit breakers, etc., to no avail. We called Odyssey, spoke to a very pleasant after hours call-center person who put us in touch with a service tech within 10 minutes and that person arrived at our house within 30 minutes. Jordan was very professional, friendly, and patient with our questions. He diagnosed the problem after conducting a battery of tests to isolate the faulty electrical part. He fixed the problem, we got our AC back on and we are very happy with the service provided by Jordan with Odyssey Mechanical LLC. Highly recommend them for your HVAC service needs.

Chris and Lou were incredible throughout the process. Our office had a broken water heater in a hard to reach location, and after receiving higher quotes from other companies, we called Odyssey. They explained the situation to us clearly and recommended a tankless heater for our needs, which ended up being cheaper. They came out VERY fast each time and were always super friendly and informative. We had an issue after installation (around 5:00pm) and they were at our office by 8am the next day. They fixed the problem, explained what happened, and told us how to fix it if it happened again. Highly recommend this company.

I called Odyssey Mechanical on March 13, 2024 because my Rinnai tankless hot water heater circulator pump was not circulating hot water through the house. Chris came and called tech support. They found that a check valve was not operating correctly. Chris also found there various other things not set properly. When the part arrived on 3-18-24 Chris called me to set up a time and date to install it. He always kept me informed until the part arrived. He came today 3-19-24 installed the part, descaled the unit and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. This is the second time I have used Odyssey and I highly recommend them.
