Program Description

By opting into Odyssey Mechanical’s SMS program, you consent to receive text messages related to service confirmations, estimates, scheduling, project updates, promotions, and customer feedback. Messages may include both transactional and marketing content.

Message Frequency

You may receive recurring messages. Typical frequency is 5–10 messages per month, but may increase based on service engagement, project updates, or promotional participation.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or STOPALL. Upon receipt, a confirmation will be sent and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-enroll, you may text START or fill out a web form again.

Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier agreement. We are not responsible for carrier fees.
